Christian J. Hoffmann, III co-founded Nobility in 2014 with Dr. Michael Fossum, CEO. Chris brings a wealth of legal and financial knowledge to the Nobility team. Prior to launching Nobility, Chris was a partner with Quarles & Brady LLP, where his law practice specialized in emerging growth and microcap companies and ventures, with emphasis on corporate law, securities, public and private company representation, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity transactions.

Over the span of Chris’ career, he has also worked in private practice with Streich Lang PA and Tiffany & Hoffmann PA and has represented clients in an array of industries, including technology, telecommunication, healthcare and hospitality. Before entering private practice, Chris served as corporate and securities counsel for Westinghouse Electric Corporation and was staff counsel for the Washington, D.C.-based National Association of Security Dealers, Inc., now FINRA.

Chris graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
