Shannon King launched her career in healthcare in 1994 and has been with RPM Medical Billing, a division of Nobility, since 2012. Shannon has risen swiftly through the ranks of the organization, starting as a biller and then moving to team lead and billing manager before being named director of operations in 2021. She is committed to strong performance through her proven oversight of accounts receivable management and proactive client relations and is a longtime member of the American Medical Billing Association.
